Its All About the Midsection: Brad's Blog and First Competition
I’m now officially under 2 months away from my very first show and I couldn't tell you how excited and nervous I am. I’m now doing more cardio and ab exercises to make my midsection look as ripped as possible. I will do every exercise I can think of to hit my gut and so far it’s paying off. I just took a glance at my stomach and the 6-pack is beginning to show more and more which is great news. The better abs I have, the more confidence I’ll have going into the show. Everything else as we speak is looking great. Arms are looking thicker, shoulders more bowling-ball like, more extension to my chest, quads looking more wide and cut. In other words, the body is getting there. There’s a couple of places where I think I should've hit harder but right now it’s going to plan. The key is to get the abs in tact. It is now time to do crunches till I pass out.
